Leilei serves as the inaugural director of Way Design’s Melbourne office. Her academic foundation lies in the field of environmental psychology, where her passion lies in crafting environments tailored to the needs of children, women, and the elderly.

In her role, Leilei leads the Melbourne-based design team and consistently strives to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional, high-quality projects.

Prior to becoming a partner at Way Design Melbourne, Tan Heng amassed valuable experience as a senior designer within esteemed architectural firms, including CallisonRTKL and Lyons Architects.

Tan Heng is an enthusiastic and exceptionally talented designer who continually seeks out fresh design typologies, pushing the limits of innovation, and serves as the visionary behind all of Way Design’s Melbourne projects.
