Leilei serves as the inaugural director of Way Design's Melbourne office. Her academic foundation lies in the field of environmental psychology, where her passion lies in crafting environments tailored to the needs of children, women, and the elderly.

In her role, Leilei leads the Melbourne-based design team and consistently strives to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional, high-quality projects
