In collaboration with Aform Architecture, Way Design proudly presents the culmination of our expertise in the form of this exceptional residential design situated in the esteemed locale of East Lindfield, Sydney.

Driven by the discerning preferences of our client, this residence embodies a unique architectural vision, characterized by a robust framework of solid brick construction, adorned with a refined palette of natural white render and complemented by accents of dark-colored metal cladding and dry-hanging stone feature walls.

Distinguished by its circular layout, the residence is ingeniously configured around a central courtyard, with living spaces artfully arranged across various levels to harmonize with the contours of the natural terrain. Leveraging the inherent topography of the site, the design incorporates expansive decks and outdoor areas that afford commanding views of the sprawling lower garden and the picturesque neighborhood beyond.

Notably, Way Design assumed primary responsibility for documentation throughout the project, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards of architectural precision.
